These days I am adding drawings to my scraps folder mostly. I am bit by bit refining my character drawings and they are getting better and better. Please don't miss them just because they're "scraps"!

One of my great ambitions is to direct animated features some day in oldschool style, and one of these would be about the life of two little girls durring the siege of Leningrad in WW2, Russia, in the 1940s.   The idea is to tell the story from the viewpoint of a 10 year old child, to picture it the way she could have experienced it.   Although my chance to actually do this film is probably out of sight, far ahead in the future, I thought I'd try my hand at designing the concept art of the main characters. I have been thinking of a new Architectural Fantasy drawing. The original inspiration behind it is a certain atmosphere rather than an architecturally interesting idea.
